• All 28.6 miles of 30-inch Transmission Main are constructed.
• All of the power lines are in place, and power is supplied to all well houses and the Booster Pump Station.
• All five well houses are operational.
• The Booster Pump Station is operational.
• All 10 miles of Well Field Piping is operational.
• The two Pump Station Supply Tanks are complete.
• The Terminal Tank is complete.
• All four miles of the Matterhorn Pipeline are operational.
• Fiber optic communications are complete from the Booster Pump Station to each of the well houses.
• System control computer programming is complete.

The pipeline, as well as related infrastructure, has been dedicated to Washoe County, which is now responsible for its continuing operation and maintenance.  Fish Springs Ranch retains the right to convey water through the pipeline to the North Valleys area.
